I love Ace’s site and I also really enjoy Wizbang. Ace and Paul (One of the Wizbang posters) have some blogwar going on that, frankly I could care less about. The only thing about the story they are fighting over that I cared about was the humor value of Wuzzadem’s sockpuppet theatre.
As of now, both Ace and Paul are complete dumbasses. Ace does seem a bit unhinged, but still looks better than Paul and his goalpost moving and bizarre comment deleting behavior. Speaking of which, I posted this over at WizBang:
I may have missed it, but didn’t SluBlog ask Paul if he modified any posts on this thread to change what people were saying? That comment is currently still up, but the followup is not. Here it is:Deleteing and inserting a reason for
dsaid deleting is well with any blog owner’s rights, but not putting words into mouths of commenters.Has this actually happened?
I see where Paul replaced Jack’s comment, calling him a troll. This is not what I am talking about. I would have made the fact that I edited the comment more clear, but that’s just me. The original question seemed to ask if Paul has edited comments to make the commenter look foolish like changing “I like ace” to “I hate ace”.That’s not a direct quote because (foolishly) I didn’t expect that to be removed. It was serious and not out of bounds in any way in my opinion. Of course, if Paul actually engaged in this behavior and didn’t want to answer the question, it would be very easy to delete it and ignore the uncomfortable truth.Did that happen? If so, it would be way (way) over the top
It’s a drag to have two of my favorite blogs at each other’s throats and my very favorite blog going dark due to a scary/crazy “Professor”.
Hey! I guess Deb Frisch can make stuff from coconuts too! Man, I need to go to graduate school and get me some o dem coconut craftin skillz.

I came late to all this stuff, but it seems to me that Ace and Paul have to throw down every so often. Waste. Of. Time.
