Anger: Equal opporitunity illness?

I have written a number of times on the misandry that is pervasive in our society. Men are assumed to be inferior in everything from advertising to family court and a thousand points of anti-light in between.

We can now add charity fund raising for medical research (Government funding for research is already heavily tilted away from men) to the already too long list of ways our society hates men, especially white men.

The Carleton University Students’ Association has voted to drop a cystic fibrosis charity as the beneficiary of its annual Shinearama fundraiser, supporting a motion that argued the disease is not “inclusive” enough.

Cystic fibrosis “has been recently revealed to only affect white people, and primarily men” said the motion read Monday night to student councillors, who voted almost unanimously in favour of it.

Allahpundit notes, the counter-argument is that is effects non-white/non-male people as well.

I feel like Wile E. Coyote running off a cliff and falling only after noticing that I am no longer standing on solid ground. Meanwhile the PC crowd, embodied as the Road Runner, stays aloft holding a sign that states that they never studied gravity.
